First brought to our attention by Riverford, Ripple Effect promotes water conservation, composting, companion planting and productivity to improve food security, nutrition and financial independence.
World Land Trust works with local communities to protect wildlife and livelihoods to prevent habitat loss and create an economic driver to keep forests standing. Buy an acre of land to help protect forests and the benefits they bring to humanity: carbon capture, biodiversity, reduce flooding, natural resources, clean air and water.
Mangrove roots provide protection for young marine life from predators and protect land from erosion, a win-win for planet and people. TreeBuddy support the reestablishment of mangroves in Indonesia and importantly also ensure that the trees are cared for and establish after planting.
